Stem Cell Conditioned Media

PROCESS
Treatment Process
1. Consultation (medical history & current medications)
Your treatment plan is determined through an individual consultation. Our specialists carefully review your symptoms and goals, then propose the most appropriate plan tailored to you.
2. Adipose (fat) harvesting — local anesthesia, short procedure
A small amount of fat is collected from the abdomen under local anesthesia by a specialist. The procedure takes about 10 minutes. The incision is approximately 3 mm and is designed to minimize visible scarring.
3. Cell culture (3–4 weeks)
In our in-house Cell Processing Facility (CPF), adipose-derived stem cells are isolated and expanded. To ensure fresh, high-quality cells, the first culture typically requires about 5 weeks; subsequent cultures generally take about 2 weeks.
4. Quality & safety testing
We perform genomic analysis of the cultured stem cells using next-generation sequencing. Only cells that meet safety and quality standards equivalent to Class I under Japan’s Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine are provided.
5. Administration (intravenous / local) — outpatient
Depending on the clinical goal, stem cells are administered via IV infusion or local injection. In accordance with the registered Regenerative Medicine Provision Plan, board-certified specialists and regenerative medicine–certified physicians maintain rigorous safety management throughout treatment. After brief observation, you may return home the same day.

All cell handling follows strict aseptic procedures with comprehensive lot management in our in-house CPF. Physicians determine indication and dosing based on your condition to balance safety and efficacy. Standardized protocols are in place for any adverse events.
◎Potential Complications
Related to adipose tissue harvesting
Bleeding, subcutaneous bleeding, incisional pain, swelling, infection, skin dimpling, scarring or keloid formation.Rarely: anemia, hematoma, abdominal muscle injury, peritonitis, or anaphylactic reactions have been reported.
Related to stem cell administration
Pain at the injection site; rarely, anaphylactic reactions or pulmonary embolism may occur.
Other unforeseen complications may also occur.
